A number of church members have been trained and certified to serve in Baptist Disaster Relief Ministries, and have gone out on numerous occasions.  Doug and Lydia Warren often serve as team leaders for these crises, organizing teams of 25-40 persons to go to a disaster site somewhere in the U.S., set up a portable kitchen, and serve thousands of daily meals to affected local residents.
